Hand processed and partly oxidized prestigious yellow tea from China. Apricot yellow, sophisticated beverage.

Yellow tea is rare and highly valued. Originating from 16th century China, yellow tea was first only produced for the enjoyment of emperors and monks. This tea was said to have stimulating effects, which is why monks used it for meditative purposes.

  • Apricot and papaya. Spicy aftertaste.
  • Dosing: 2 g / cup
  • Temperature: 75-80°C
  • Steeping time: 1-3 min
