Swiss Water process is a completely chemical free way of removing caffeine from coffee. The decaffeinating process is always done to raw beans, well before roasting.

Caffeine is removed with the aid of water and active carbon filtering. When the water that contains caffeine goes through the carbon filter, the resulting caffeine-free water can be used again for processing several different batches of coffee.

Storage: Unopened package will stay fresh until the best before date; opened package should be used within 3-5 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light sources.
