After picking and drying, the raw beans are exposed to monsoon winds in storage buildings that are open from both ends. For 2-3 months the beans absorb moisture from the monsoon winds, resulting in large, golden beans with considerably less acidity and more depth.

Storage: Unopened package will stay fresh until the best before date; opened package should be used within 3-5 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light sources.
