Brasil Yellow Bourbon is a dark roasted coffee from the Rainha coffee farm. The coffee is processed using Pulped Natural -method, in which the surface of the coffee berry and the pulp is removed. After that, the beans are usually dried in raised beds (African bed). The beans are often turned to ensure even drying. This is followed by removal of the parchment film and other steps as in the wet process.
Through processing, the coffee gains the tastes of wine and chocolate. Combined with a very dark roast, this creates a gentle and stomach-friendly coffee experience!
