What's the roasting day of coffee I ordered?

We roast coffee almost every day. You always get fresh coffee in your order.

How long I can use the coffee I ordered?

Unopened package will stay fresh until the best before date; opened package should be used within 5 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light sources. Close the package carefully between the uses.

Are Mokkamestarit's coffees gluten free and vegan?

Our coffees are sugar-free, lactose-free, gluten-free and vegan.

I'm allergic to nuts. Can I use your flavored coffees?

According to our material manufacturer, the nut aroma is allergen-free, but if you are really sensitive to the smell etc. we recommend using it at your own risk.

What's the perfect recipe for your coffees?

The recommended dosage for filter coffee is 12g/2dl mug; 60g/litre.

Flavoured coffees are best consumed as such. You can also improve the taste of your normal coffee for example at the rate of 50/50 or however you like it. Flavored Coffees can also be used in baking or in coffee drinks.

How do I recycle your package?

Our coffee and tea packaging is recycled into mixed waste.

Are your coffees organic and Fair Trade certified?

In our selection you can find Fair Trade and organic certified coffees. You recognize the certified products from the markings (see below).

Is your coffee traceble?

We can trace every package of coffee back to the farm of origin.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?


Paytrail Oyj handles webbank payment and financial services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

You can pay using Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Mokkamestarit Oy acts as a marketer and handles the order. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for any claims. Paytrail Oyj acts as a seller and trade is made between the customer and Paytrail Oyj.

Can I pick up my online purchase at the store / Roastery?

You can choose the Toastery Shop as the delivery method for an order made in the online store. In this case, when placing your order, choose Pickup from the roastery (Kuukuja 8E, Tampere) as the delivery method.


Online store orders cannot be picked up from Coffee & Tea shop (Verkatehtaankatu 9).

Mokkamestarit Oy delivers coffees and teas in EU region following:

Region 1
: Netherlands, Belgium, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Estonia.
Region 2
: Bulgaria, Spain, Ireland, United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Poland, France, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary.

Ordering is through our web shop. Delivery time approx. 3-7 days. Goods are delivered by Finnish Post.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your basket:

Region 1:
0 – 2 kg: 18,70€
2 – 5 kg: 21,10€
Maximum delivery weight 5kg.

Region 2:
0 – 2 kg: 23,40€
2 – 5 kg: 28,50€
Maximum delivery weight 5kg.

Prices are valid until further notice and VAT is included.
