This sweet and full-bodied coffee is from a 38-year-old estate, El Mirador, operated by female farmer Cecibel Armas.
This coffee is mechanically pulped, wet fermented in tanks for 40 hours and then fully washed with clean water for 24 hours after which it is dried on patios for 15 days. Variety: Caturra, Catuai and Bourbon. Altitude: 1700-1820 m a.s.l.
