OCR stands for Operation Cherry Red, in which only the ripe, red berries are picked. Every OCR-coffee is processed to quality grade 1 with a maximum amount of 5 flawed berries. Supplier oversees all of the processes, including packaging, sealing and timely transporting.
Operation aims to reward local farmers for their hard work and innovations and to improve their quality of life. In turn, coffee roasting companies can offer top quality coffees with a cupping score over 90.
