Tips from the Roaster: “When I visited coffee farms in Yirgacheffe and Sidamo regions in Ethiopia, I became once and for all a great friend of African, and especially Ethiopian, coffees. Coffee plants that grow in jungle-like conditions get flavours of currants and berries from the African soil and climate.”
